Balls to the Wall

This song "remains a metal anthem and trademark in the genre"
Q: Speaking of "Balls To The Wall", that album was, and still is, a milestone in Heavy Metal period, and I think it will probably always stand out as one of the greatest albums ever made by ACCEPT, and ever to be released in the history of Heavy Metal. I know that a lot of the lyrics dealt with love, sexuality, politics, etc., but can you describe the album's theme and let's say, what the title track meant to the band?
Wolf Hoffmann: Well, you'd really have to ask Gaby because she wrote it, but I kind of know, of course. We've always been interested in politics and in human rights and things like that, so a lot of the lyrics that we had in those days, and to the end actually, were dealing with human rights, for instance, and that's really what "Balls To The Wall" is all about. "One day the tortured will stand up" and kick some ass! [Metal Eater, ACCEPT]
